This morning visit a remote evergreen island and discover authentic rural Mekong life, untouched by tourism. Later, visit a floating fish farm then tour the town of Tan Chau by rickshaw. This afternoon, perhaps attend a fruit-carving demonstration by one of the ship’s chefs while the border formalities are carried out and you cross into Cambodia.

A tour of Phnom Penh today takes you to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. After lunch back on board, take an excursion to the infamous Killing Fields before visiting the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, located on the site of the Khmer Rouge’s notorious Security Prison 21 (S-21).

Enjoy a small-boat excursion into the wetlands near Kampong Chhnang. Then return to your ship and cast off towards the 150 kilometre-long lake of Tonle Sap. This evening, enjoy a Farewell Dinner on board.

Rise early and enjoy a glass of champagne as you take in sunrise at Angkor Wat. Afterwards, tour the iconic temple then explore Ta Phrom, famous for its intertwined trees, and visit a ‘grass-roots’ orphanage for a glimpse into the lives of rescued orphans and disadvantaged children. Tonight enjoy a Farewell Dinner and a Khmer performance of Apsara dance.
Enjoy a spa treatment, tour Wat Preah Phrom Rath; ride a tuk-tuk to the Artisans d'Angkor workshop; take a tethered balloon ride; enjoy a quad bike adventure; or ride an elephant. Then transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
December to April & June to August
If the water level in the Tonle Sap lake is shallow, access is restricted. An alternative route operates Prek K'dam to Siem Reap or vice-versa. Embark or disembark at Prek K'dam and transfer to Siem Reap by coach (five hours), stopping at Kampong Thom.
March to April
Due to climate and low water levels in Cambodia, visits to Kampong Chhnang may be replaced by a visit to Xeo Quyt. The change means an extra day in Viuetnam and thus a one day reduction in th Cambodian cruise programme.
