For every booking you make with Global River Cruising, your account will be credited with one point for each pound you spend. You can earn travel points on all river, ocean cruise and land tour bookings made with us.  Every travel point on your account is worth 1p when redeeming. These travel points can be redeemed on a future cruise, river and land tour booking done with us.

As part of a full service travel agency, your travel points can also be used on our sister brands, Global Ocean Cruising, Global Expedition Cruising & Global Land Tours.

Exclusive Offers & Discounts

Throughout the year we also run exclusive special offers where extra travel points are offered on booking or where redeeming your existing travel points is multiplied or offers extra benefits.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve chosen a new cruise/river cruise or land based tour, just let us know how many travel points you would like to redeem at the time of booking.  Every travel point on your GRC account is worth 1p when redeeming.

Using your travel points means you are able to save money every time you book a holiday through us.

Do I have to use them by a certain date?

Once you have joined the Travel Club your travel points never expire.  For every booking you make, the travel points will be available to be used for your next booking.

What are our customers saying?

“I really like the personal touch you get from Simeon & Alex. They always have time for you & take an interest in your booking or enquiry. On my Danube cruise, when flooding caused major disruptions to the schedule, it was great to speak to them & get advice on my options. They negotiated with AMA for me to get a generous cruise credit in compensation.

Even though they specialise in river cruising, they helpfully researched Northern Lights trips for me. I’ve now booked a Great Rail Adventure with them. I could have booked direct, but I like the reassurance of knowing they’re on the end of the phone if I need them.”
