Titan Travel VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home, for your flight to Düsseldorf. Upon arrival, transfer to Cologne and embark MS Serenade 1 (4 star) where light refreshments are available.
Day 2 - Koblenz
Where the Rhine and the Moselle rivers meet sits Koblenz. We’ll spend the morning wandering the city’s string of charming squares as part of our included tour, before taking the cable car up to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress – the perfect vantage point to snap a postcard view of the rivers below.

Day 3 - Koblenz - Lorelei Passage - Rüdesheim
After breakfast, take your spot up on the sundeck to get the best views of the magnificent scenery as we sail the Lorelei Passage – famed as the most beautiful stretch of the Rhine. We arrive in pretty Rüdesheim with the afternoon to explore. Here, the town is full of timber-framed houses and surrounded by vast vineyards.
Day 4 - Speyer
This pastel-pretty town is easily explored by foot, which is a real treat as it boasts so many original pre-WWII features. We’ll enjoy a walking city tour taking in the incredible synagogue and looming cathedral.

Day 5 - Strasbourg
Having changed hands a few times over the years, Strasbourg has both French and German influences, giving it a multi-cultural flavour. Here, the great Gothic cathedral sits obediently next to the quaint Petite France district. We’ll see all the best bits on our city tour and canal cruise this afternoon.

Day 6 - Breisach
Nestled among the vineyards between the Rhine and the Black Forest – with French neighbours just across the river in Alsace, it’s little wonder Breisach is a town of good food and good wine. Explore at leisure, or join us on an optional excursion to Lake Titisee, where you’ll enjoy a cruise and some free time soaking up the peaceful ambience.
Day 7 - Basel
The final stop on our Rhine river cruise, Basel. The ‘city for art lovers’, Basel is known for its wealth of galleries, museums and iconic buildings. Our river cruise ship docks here for the rest of the day and we’ll hop aboard a cogwheel train, for an exciting journey to the top of Rigi Kulm, Mount Rigi’s highest peak. From the top, we’ll enjoy sweeping views of the glistening lakes and mountains below. Once you’ve had your fill of the sights, we’ll take the cogwheel down to Vitznau where we’ll glide across Lake Lucerne on a relaxing steamboat. Lucerne itself is stunning and we’ll have some time here to explore before returning to our river ship.

Day 8 - Basel - UK
We transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK. Upon arrival, your Titan vehicle will be waiting for the journey home.
The four-star plus MS Serenade 1 was built in 2005 and refurbished in 2015. This comfortable vessel creates a synergy between the luxury of an ocean liner and the intimacy and coziness of a river cruise ship. All bathrooms are equipped with both a shower and a bath tub, a unique feature in the river cruise industry. The MS Serenade 1 is 110 m and offers 68 cabins across three decks with a maximum of 136 guests. Passengers can relax in the lounge, dine in the panoramic restaurant, make use of the library and the Captain’s Club, or simply enjoy the passing scenery on the sun deck while playing giant chess. A cruise on the MS Serenade 1 ensures an unforgettable holiday on the European waterways. The ship offers three cabin types – all of which include a shower and bath tub. All cabins have outside views, climate control and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, cabins include a phone, TV, safe, hair dryer, mini bar, plus tea and coffee facilities.
