The Moselle River gently meanders it’s way from France, past Luxembourg before joining the Rhine at Koblenz. Twisting and flowing its way through the ever-changing countryside landscapes of some of Germany’s most beautiful wine country, and Along the river lie castles and picturesque countryside views, cities and magnificent historical landmarks, the Moselle is world renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty and extensive winegrowing heritage with many steep hillside vineyards along the river.

Bernkastel
Located in the middle of the Moselle Valley’s wine regions, wander the cobbled streets in the old town, and marvel at the medieval buildings before enjoying a wine tasting at one of the local wineries.

Trier
Germany’s oldest city and has often been referred to as the second Rome. Be guided to the Roman Imperial Baths, the Porta Nigra and Emperor Constantine’s Throne Room. Germany’s oldest bridge with stone pilings dating from 144-152 AD—all evidence of this once grand Roman city. Trier also offers pleasant market squares, Germany’s oldest Christian church, and a cornucopia of architectural styles—Roman, baroque, neo-classicism, renaissance, and gothic.
