Amadeus Queen Pool & Amadeus Lounge

The Amadeus Queen, the 15th river cruise ship of the Austrian ship operator, will tour the Danube, Rhine and Main rivers as well as Dutch and Belgian waterways from spring 2018. Similar to its prominent predecessors, this ship will also continue the company’s orientation to high quality river cruises in Europe.

This new vessel follows the award-winning model of the Amadeus Silver ships but offers even further innovative developments. The popular concept of spaciousness has been maintained. A new on-board highlight is the indoor pool, the roof of which can be opened in fine weather. In the evenings, this area may also be used for informative talks, functions and cinema showings.

Amadeus operate bilingual cruises (English/German), meaning that all announcements, menus and daily programme, etc. will be provided in both languages. All excursions are operated with English speaking guides.

Amadeus Queen Deck Plan

Why Choose This Cruise?

Very few river cruises go all the way down to the Danube Delta, the ships won’t fit.  Lüftner (Amadeus) have been doing this route for over 40 years, during the dark communist days and are the experts.  The wildlife in the Delta is a unique experience that you will never forget.

Austrian family hospitality makes cruising a relaxed affair. Excursions can be added ad hoc to allow more independent exploration and free time for you.

A European facing, luxury cruising experience with English the language onboard. One of our favourite river cruise lines and the one all the others have learnt from.

Prices are per person, based on two people sharing a twin cabin with a limited number of single cabins available on all decks, at the relevant supplement.
