Day 5 - Siem Reap, Prek K’dam, Embark Ship
Transfer to Prek K’dam to embark your Mekong River cruise. The Mekong’s unique charm is found in this stunning region with greenery strewn throughout the riverbank and the floating villages.
Board your river ship and indulge in your first dinner onboard.

Day 6 - Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Tralach, Oudong
Take an ox-cart ride, coined the ‘Khmer limousine’, and see how locals live in rural Cambodia. Later, travel to the former royal capital Oudong for a Buddhist blessing.
Enjoy a small boat expedition of the wetlands near Kampong Chhnang. Afterwards, advance on to Kampong Tralach.
Day 7 - Koh Chen, Phnom Penh

Day 9 - Border Crossing, Tan Chau

This morning, transfer to a small boat and travel along tiny tributaries, home to villages made up entirely of stilt houses.
Go ashore for a tour of Tan Chau by rickshaw and explore an island lush with greenery.
Day 11 - Sa Dec, Cai Be
This morning, take a boat ride to Sa Dec for a tour. Here, you’ll see Huynh Thuy Le’s old house (once the lover of French writer Marguerite Duras, the namesake of the RV La Marguerite).
After lunch, a local boat takes you to the river-land town of Cai Be. Go ashore to see Cai Be’s French Gothic Cathedral and visit a local rice paper manufacturer to learn how rice paper is made.
Return to your ship for dinner.
Day 12 - Disembark Cruise, Cu Chi Tunnels, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Stay at the modern Fusion Suites Saigon for two nights.
Disembark at My Tho Port today and travel by coach to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a tunnel network built by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the Vietnam War.
Part of a larger network, the tunnels were once used by Viet Cong guerrillas as hiding spots during combat. They also served as communication and supply routes, hospitals, weapon caches and living quarters.

Day 3 - Cu Chi Tunnels, Ho Chi Minh City
This morning take a step back in time and revisit the military history of the area. Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, built by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the Vietnam War.

Day 5 - Cai Be, Sa Dec

Day 6 - Tan Chau, Border Crossing
Go ashore for a rickshaw tour of Tan Chau and take a small-boat ride to discover rural life on an island. The rest of today is then spent on board.
This afternoon, perhaps attend a fruit-carving demonstration while border formalities are carried out.
Cross into Cambodia and cruise overnight towards the capital, Phnom Penh.
Day 7 - Phnom Penh
Today begins your exploration of the city of Phnom Penh, and its sights. After breakfast, take an excursion to the infamous Killing Fields, before visiting the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, located on the site of the Khmer Rouge’s notorious Security Prison 21 (S-21).
Learn of the atrocities inflicted upon Cambodians during Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge regime in the 1970s. After lunch on board, disembark and enjoy a tour.Visit the spectacular Royal Palace and delight in its dazzling white and gold architecture.
Then head to the Silver Pagoda, set on the south side of the palace complex.
Day 8 - Phnom Penh, Koh Chen
Enjoy leisure time to explore Phnom Penh. Relax aboard your luxury ship or discover more of the city’s sights.
Later, cruise to Koh Chen, a village specialising in silver and copperware.
Day 9 - Oudong, Kampong Tralach

Afterwards, continue to Kampong Tralach for a visit to Wat Kampong Tralach Pleu.
